Hello. Thank you for your interest. In Split we have got a great weather. Dalmatian coast is one of the hottest in the Meditteranean. Cafes and restaurants they will be open even to sit outside cause in October the weather can be fantastic.

There is a private parking place 3 min walking from us for payment. Otherwise you can park on the street where are the blue lines(during the night and weekend is for free) We are in a free area parking so if you are lucky you will find a free parking

Dear guest. We have got 5 luxury rooms. Just one room has a terrace with a sea view , 2 has just sea view, 1 park view and 1 street view. When you are going to book you will find in the option "room with terrace and sea view" (room number 3)

Fantastic room in an amazing location

Beautifully clean, spacious room with a fantastic comfortable bed and everything you need . Amazing view to the beach. Inside the property was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend it and the host was fantastic. Communication was great and no hesitation in booking again. Don't be put off by the initial look of the street outside as it doesn't portray the quality inside.

Perfect

The location was amazing, the staff could not do enough to make our stay outstanding. From the moment we advised Antonella the time we would arrive and she put our room on priority clean so it would be ready early, to the day we left she was so attentive. We could not speak highly enough of Splendida. We were given dinner recommendations, reservations were made, breakfast recommendation was amazing. we have been travelling for five weeks and Green Park Luxury rooms was a standout. Wifi so fast. Rituals products in the bathroom was a good touch. Love it!

Excellent stay in Split

A 1 min walk to the beach and about 7 mins to old town. Very comfortable bed, not too many steps like a lot of other accommodation in Split. Air conditioning works fantastically and Antonella is extremely helpful. Communication with the host was great, we got a lot of help regarding check in time and suitcase storage. All in all nothing to complain about, I was pleasantly surprised and would visit again. Thank you for making our vacation stress-free and memorable!..

Host was helpful and friendly. Water tank . Location was really good . Spacious modern and clean . Good quality products for toiletries. Well thought out .

We stayed in a room with a beach view balcony. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Antonella, our hostess was so accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend staying here and we hope to come back.

Very comfy stay in a good location in Split.

Reasonably good location. Terrace was fabulous. Comfy beds. Good hot showers. Clean.

That it was in Split (didn’t like the city). Didn’t have some items that we considered essential to a “luxury” apartment (wine glasses, wine bottle opener, iron and ironing board) - but when we asked these were always provided within a couple of hours. Neighbouring apartment guest left his door open - using the reception area as if it was part of his room - and was walking around in undies and being a bit of a smart-arse when asked not to.

Genuinely well designed, clean, modern room with an excellent balcony

good local location, place as expected, in line with the pictures, pleasant friendly host, all the space to yourself, great balcony, well set up modern spacious room with a big balcony overlooking a nice park, good amenities/toiletries in the bathroom

tea/coffee in the room would have helped a ton

«Чистый, новый номер недалеко от центра»

Приехали раньше времени заезда, без проблем заселили. Встретила приятная девушка, всегда была на связи. Номер со свежим ремонтом, все удобства для комфортного проживания есть. Тв с каналами на любом языке. Капсульная кофе-машина, чай, сахар. Дают пляжные полотенца. Пешком до старого города минут 10-15. Море и «пляж» сразу же за домом, но пляж по сравнению с макарской ужасный и море грязное.

Если для кого-то очень важно-собственной парковки нет, рядом несколько улиц где можно бесплатно парковаться. Место мы находили, но если приехать поздно вечером, то может не быть. Хотелось бы добавить бесплатной воды хотя бы при заселении.
